Do you love running and want to discover the world of trail running? Or have you already taken your first steps away from the paved roads and want to develop your skills? Whether you are a beginner who just wants to get a taste of trail running, or have already gained some experience and want to consolidate your skills - we offer you the perfect opportunity to reach your next level!

Program

Friday, June 13, 2025:

  • 5:00 p.m. Welcome to your trail running camp

  • Introduction to trail running

  • Program overview for Saturday and Sunday

  • Easy warm-up run

  • Dinner together at the Säntis Lodge (not included in the course price)

Saturday, June 14, 2025:

  • Breakfast individually

  • Trail run

  • Mobility and stability exercises

  • Technique for uphill and downhill

  • Lunch together

  • Input: trail running equipment

  • Pilates with Nicole

  • Trail run back to the Säntis Lodge with application of the technique inputs

  • Regeneration with BLACKROLL

  • Dinner together (not included in the course price)

Sunday, June 15, 2025:

  • Breakfast individually

  • Trail run

  • Collective move to the Säntis Lodge

  • Late check-out

  • Lunch together at the Säntis Lodge

  • Review of the trail running camp

  • Individual departure

Who is our offer suitable for?

  1. Beginners – Are you at the beginning of your trail running journey? We will show you step by step how to get started, from the right technique to equipment and mental preparation.

  2. Advanced runners with initial trail running experience – You have already taken your first steps on unpaved trails and want more of the same? With us, you will learn everything you need to know to run safely and efficiently on trails.

Requirements: You should be able to run 10 km on flat terrain without difficulty, have a certain sure-footedness in off-road terrain, and be willing to learn new things and challenge yourself.

The value of your trail running camp:

Hotel room single occupancy CHF 450 per person (excluding visitor's tax of CHF 3 per night)

Hotel room double occupancy CHF 380 per person (excluding visitor's tax of CHF 3 per night)

You will also receive:

  • A hearty regional breakfast

  • Indoor and outdoor lounges

  • Entertainment area and cinema

  • Free outdoor parking

  • 20% discount on a CT14 or CT25 starting place at the Churfirsten Trail Run on August 30, 2025

  • One Pilates lesson

Further information

  • The camp without a hotel is also possible.

  • Maximum number of participants: 8

  • We will forward your first / last name and email address to the hotel after registration to book your room.

  • Course instructor: Fabian Lehner, esa leader trail running & mountain running

  • Cancellation policy Säntis-Lodge:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the booking.

  • After that, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
