program
Beginner Camp – Säntis Lodge, Unterwasser (2 nights)
From Friday afternoon to Sunday midday, we'll guide you through the basics of trail running. You can expect varied theoretical and practical input, technique training with direct application on the trails, as well as a Pilates session and recovery exercises. Besides a shared dinner, there will be time for socializing and relaxation – and the days begin with a relaxed, regional breakfast.
Advanced Camp – Stump's Alpenrose, Wildhaus (3 nights)
From Thursday afternoon to Sunday midday, an intensive program awaits you. Over two days, you'll run the CT43 of the Churfirsten Trail Run – with selected sections where we'll focus on technique training. Early each morning, an unforgettable sunrise trail awaits, complemented by a Blackroll session for your recovery. Shared dinners and comfortable accommodation at Stump's Alpenrose complete the camp. We reserve the right to choose an alternative route in case of bad weather or if there is still snow.
(Detailed program to follow before camp)
Who is our offer suitable for?
-
Beginners – This camp is aimed at runners who already jog regularly but have little or no experience running off-road. A basic level of fitness (approximately 60 minutes of continuous running) is required – we will work on sure-footedness and technique together.
-
Advanced - Suitable for trail runners with solid endurance (3-4 hours of running uphill) who already have experience on alpine trails. You should have sure footing, be accustomed to elevation gain, and be eager to challenge yourself on longer distances.

Your coaches
Behind the camp are two trail running enthusiasts: a certified coach (Swiss Athletics & UESCA) who knows how to take trail runners to the next level, and Saskia, a local trail running guide who knows every path and every root and is also a pro when it comes to running technique. Together they ensure that no one gets lost – neither on the trail nor during the exercises.
Important NOTE:
-
Any relevant physical limitations or intolerances should be communicated to the course instructor before the course starts to ensure that the course is safe and appropriate for you.
Book your camp directly through the hotel platform. Contact us if you have any questions about the camp.
