Starting in Unterwasser, the route initially follows a flat path along the Thur river. At the Alt St. Johann valley station, a pleasant climb begins alongside the chairlift, accompanied by beautiful views over the Toggenburg valley. Once at the top, the descent back to Unterwasser and the finish line begins.
