Starting in Unterwasser, the trail leads past the Munzenriet and Oberdorf, climbing to the Gamserrugg at over 2,000 meters. After this ascent, there's a short descent, followed by another climb to the highest point – the Chäserrugg. The trail then descends via Stöfeli, leading along the Churfirsten mountain range across a long, varied plateau to the foot of the Selun. From there, a loop takes you up to 2,205 meters. Returning via Selamatt, the trail brings you back to the finish line in Unterwasser.

Starting in Unterwasser, the trail leads through Oberdorf to Stöfeli, passing the beautiful Schwendisee lake. Stöfeli is also the highest point of the Panorama Trail. The route continues along the foot of the Churfirsten mountain range to the Brisi peak, where it loops back via Selamatt and Alt St. Johann to the finish line in Unterwasser.

The route begins in Unterwasser and leads via Munzenriet to Oberdorf. Here, a pleasant climb awaits before the trail levels out and continues to the idyllic Schwendisee lake. The route then follows the Sound Trail, where various sound sculptures accompany the runner. Before descending back into the valley, a final climb leads via Dunkelboden to Iltios. The last section is a beautiful downhill run back to the finish line in Unterwasser.

At the Alt St. Johann valley station, a pleasant climb begins alongside the chairlift, accompanied by beautiful views over the Toggenburg valley. Once at the top, the descent back to Unterwasser and the finish line begins.
